Randall Roddy – President - Mr. Roddy has helped carve a niche in the beverage industry by designing turnkey beverage outsourcing solutions for retailers, wholesalers and DSD outlets. As both a manufacturer and brand owner, Mr. Roddy has long experience in all phases of the beverage industry including product development, production, management and logistics. Mr. Roddy has established favorable and long-term relationships with key beverage suppliers and manufacturers nationwide. In addition to building critical relationships and solutions for CRD, Mr. Roddy has served as both an executive and consultant for numerous successful beverage brands. Mr. Roddy's experience with beverage brands and DSD Networks has provided him with hundreds of retail and wholesale contacts across North America. He has expertise in exporting domestic consumables into the Canadian and Mexican marketplace and has knowledge of recycling requirements and a sound understanding of both the FDA and Health Canada guidelines. Prior to working in manufacturing, Mr. Roddy managed an IT and technical marketing firm for 19 years. Mr. Roddy's duties included building cross-platform connectivity Intranet solutions and ecommerce solutions. Mr. Roddy transitioned into the beverage industry bringing with him his business acumen for organizing and growing companies. Mr. Roddy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Roddy has served as an executive in both private and public companies.

Michael N. Ramer – Executive Vice President, Business Development - Mr. Ramer has worked as an Executive and Co-Founder of two different beverage companies in the past five years. During this period, Mr. Ramer has been involved in the development of over 100 different beverages, including over twenty-five different carbonated energy drink SKUs that have gone to market. Mr. Ramer has relationships with some of the most well respected raw material suppliers, packaging suppliers and manufacturing facilities throughout North America. In the past two years, Mr. Ramer has been involved in the development and/or production of approximately one million cases of ready for market beverages. Mr. Ramer prides himself on his extensive hands-on expertise in the development, manufacturing and marketing aspects of the beverage industry. He recently participated in the development, marketing and manufacturing of two nationally distributed energy drink brands and has been a key consultant for numerous other regionally distributed brands. Prior to working in the beverage industry, Mr. Ramer served as a newspaper journalist and also in the production of many mainstream television and film production projects. His credits include works with both CBS Television and Miramax. Mr. Ramer earned his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, PA.
