Randall Roddy – Chief Operating Officer - Mr. Roddy has extensive IT and technical marketing experience. For the last 19 years, Mr. Roddy has managed the technical operations, sales and financial responsibilities while building strategic web and eBusiness solutions for clients as well as developing network solutions around the Internet/Intranet based upon cross platform connectivity solutions. He has consulted to companies, including Internet eCommerce startups, in their early growth stages in formulating their technical and marketing strategies. Mr. Roddy continues to provide strategic business analysis and top-level business management knowledge to startup companies as well as established organizations seeking ways to increase their overall value. Mr. Roddy's technical experience includes cross-platform networking technologies and protocols, Internet web technologies and principles, wireless solutions, Internet broadband technologies and eBusiness applications and database environments. Several years ago, Mr. Roddy transitioned into the beverage industry bringing with him his business acumen for organizing and growing companies from startup to mature, self-sustaining companies. Mr. Roddy, in conjunction with his partners, carved out a niche in the private label beverage world by building a turn-key solution to companies looking to outsource their beverage development, production and management. In doing so, they established favorable and long-term relationships with beverage suppliers nationwide. CRD Distributors has allowed client companies to streamline their production operations and concentrate on sales, distribution and marketing. Mr. Roddy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

David Evans, III – Executive Vice President of Sales - Mr. Evans has an extensive business background both as an entrepreneur and in corporate America. He holds both a bachelors and MS in Sociology-Demography from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. While there, he was a two-time NCAA All-American and Big Ten champion in wrestling. Following his college career, Mr. Evans held a number of management and executive level positions in sales, marketing and operations at Fortune 100 companies – Procter & Gamble, Ralston Purina, and PepsiCo.

As the Vice President and General Manager of Pepsi-Cola in Phoenix, he ran a $100 million plus business with over 500 employees. Most recently, Mr. Evans served as the VP of Sales for the country's largest music distributor, Handleman Company. Mr. Evans worked directly with three of the countries largest retailers – Wal-mart, K-mart, and Best Buy. He was also a general partner in a 40-store chain of Whataburger restaurants.

Mr. Evans has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Phoenix Boys & girls Club, which is one of the largest chapters in the U.S. and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee at ASU West Campus.

Michael N. Ramer – Executive Vice President, Business Development - Mr. Ramer has worked as an Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of two different beverage companies in the past five years. During this period, Mr. Ramer has been involved in the development of over 100 different beverages including over twenty different carbonated energy drink SKUs that have gone to market. Mr. Ramer has relationships with some of the most well respected raw material suppliers, packaging suppliers and manufacturing facilities throughout the world. In the past two years, Mr. Ramer has been involved in the development and/or production of approximately one million cases of ready for market beverages. Mr. Ramer prides himself on his has extensive hands-on expertise in the development, manufacturing and marketing aspects of the beverage industry. He recently participated in the development, marketing and manufacturing of two nationally distributed energy drink brands and multiple other regionally distributed beverage brands. Prior to working in the beverage industry, Mr. Ramer served as a newspaper journalist and also in the production of many mainstream television and film production projects. His credits include works with both CBS Television and Miramax. Mr. Ramer earned his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, PA.
